Shipping
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on every order. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. If you pay by eCheck, your order will be shipped out after clearing payment.
Certain orders will be split into separate orders due to stock being held in warehouses in various domestic and international locations. Some items may be shipped out in retail or bulk packaging to reduce shipping costs. You will be provided with tracking information via e-mail once your order has been shipped out.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is typically 5-13 business days to Canada and USA.
All other countries typically deliver within 7-15 business days.
However, factors depend on your customs and border services of your country.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available to anyone that requests it. We offer Free Express Shipping to large orders over $250.00 (certain exclusions apply). Order will arrive within 4-8 business days.
Payments
We accept credit card and debit payments through Paypal’s secure SSL server. You do not need to register for Paypal to check-out.We will never ask for your credit card information online or over the phone. Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty on gaming consoles such as Nintendo DS Lite and Nintendo DSi consoles. All other products are subject to a 14 day warranty.
Returns Policy
A return with GamerVille.ca is easy! If you are not completely satisfied with a product from GamerVille.ca, you may return your item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for voluntary returns’ shipping costs.
Defective Items
For defective items, please contact us first so we may assist you with any technical assistance that may have to do with the item. If your item is defective, we will send you a prepaid label or credit to send it back to us for a replacement. You must notify us of the defective unit within 14 days to qualify for this return policy. Once we receive the item, our quality control department will inspect it and send you a replacement item or a new one depending on the factors. Please notify us of any returns with your order # before mailing it back to us.
